I've had this happen a couple of times and our backup vendor required us to use NTBackup to see if the logs truncated - in which they did. Backups via the backup softtware showed successful. Once we told them the NTBackup was successful they washed their hands of us since they said they used the same api as NTbackup.Once we killed the SCR replication backups truncated and we ended up re-seeding. This has probably happened twice on two different stores and we have approximately 35 stores so it hasn't been all that common and only a single store.....yes

I am not backing up the target server. I reseeded last night.. waiting for tonights backup to run to see if logs are commited\purged. I expect they will be.

Reseeding all the DBs to the SCR resolved (like before). I wish I knew what was causing this!
