Exchange 2007 cmdlets not found / not running
I'm running a clean install of Exchange Server 2007 on a clean install of Windows Server 2003 x64 R2. I am unable to run the standard Exchange 2007 cmdlets in Powershell (e.g. Set-CASMailbox, New-Mailbox). When I run them in PowerShell, I get the error message "The term 'xxxx' is not recognized as a cmdlet, function, operable program...." Moreso, if I run one of the .ps1 scripts in the c:\program files\microsoft\exchange server\scripts directory, those fail because they reference the standard cmdlets. It appears that the standard Exchange2007 cmdlets didn't install -- but I didn't get any error msgs during the install process. I did a search for any ps1 files in the Exchange directory structure, but only found those in the directory listed above. 1) Any ideas? 2) Do the standard Exchange 2007 cmdlets reside in a specific directory? If so, which one -- so that I can look for them. Any help would be apprecaited!

Let me try another run at this question. Can anyone please do a search for the file "get-CASMailbox.*" on their exchange server and let me know what the file location is? Any help would be appreciated.

Just in case anyone is having the same issue, the resultion was that I needed touse the Add-PSSnapin to load the Exchange Management Shell into the current PowerShell. This was done with the PowerShell command: Add-PSSnapin Microsoft.Exchange.Management.PowerShell.Admin Thanks to Anderson Patricio for this solution to my issue.
