Exchange 2007 can I control outlook signatures?
I currently use Exchange 2003 SP2 Std running on a W2K3 R2 server, I have about 120 mailbox enabled users. I have a requirement to control the users outlook signatures both via Outlook (2002 / 2003) and OWA. I have e-open licence for Exchange 2007 Std, does this version of Exchange allow administrators to control outlook signatures. My aim is to use attributes from AD such as fname, sname, description, tel etc to generate a signature, I have seen third party tools that can fetch this information from AD and insert it into each users outlook dir on the PC, via GPO.

Hi, You’re using Exchange 2003 or 2007? Both version don’t include the feature. You need to leverage the third party solutions if there is. Thanks, Elvis

Hi, Yes, Exchange 2010 can do the trick, check the similar thread below: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/exchange2010/thread/e44e9af6-af3a-4f1e-81bb-cfb66fca885c For Exchange 2003 and 2007, I’m not aware of any software can achieve the goal. Thanks, Elvis
