Exchange 2007 and contacts Images
I got a request from one of my customers that make me think about Exchange 2007, Outlook 2007 adn Active Directory. In Outlook 2007 a user can add image to their contacts (All class of contacts) but, i don't know if this feature is only a "Outlook Feature" or if this can be donde trough Exchange 2007. What is my point, my point is that my client needs to fill all user information in the directory but also needs to add the users images (that are part of the organization) to this task to all users. Technically I know that is impossible to do it with AD (User information is only for plain text) and for Exchange 2007 I think that is impossible too. Anybody has to be tasked to create something similiar.... Any ideas? If you need more information please let me know! Thanks, Rodrigo G.-lancedehm

It can be done with Exchange 2007, but requires some work. Exchange 2010/Outlook 2010 has native support with commandlets. This blog posting discusses the Exchange 2010 method, but there is some interesting information in the comments that may help: http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2010/03/10/454223.aspx You could also look at some third party tools that will upload the images for you as well - many of the Address List management tools will do that. This is no directly option to realize this function but you could follow the below steps to do it: 1.Please create a contact for yourself and add photo to it in outlook. 2.Please create a signature in outlook and insert your business card. When you create a new email your photo will display in the message. Thanks.Your expertise never fails to impress!
