You can add additional mailboxes in Outlook so they appear under profile Or you can setup multiple Outlook profiles via the mail applet. - http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/outlook-help/outlook-e-mail-profiles-explained-HA001147158.aspx Sukh

Hi, Outlook cannot add more than one Exchange profile. But you can add additional mailbox to exchange profile as Sukh828 mentioned. In Mail Setup tab, click E-mail Accounts. In E-mail Tab, highlight your exchange account then click Change. Click More settings. In Advanced tab, click Add. Type in the alias of the mailbox. Note: To add the mailbox, you must have the full access permission of this additional mailbox. Yes I tried adding a mailbox but this is what I was not looking for. I know how to setup different profile but again you need to close outlook and then re-open it to use another profile. if you look at Android or iPhone they have combined mailbox option which shows email from all account into one interface. i thought id there is anything possible in Outlook.

You can set multiple Exchange accounts in Outlook 2010. I don't know if this is what you want. http://blogs.office.com/b/microsoft-outlook/archive/2009/08/25/multiple-exchange-accounts-in-outlook-2010.aspx Jack Zhou
