Hello Tom, Need some more information on your current setup: What are the roles installed on this Exchange server? Do you have the anti-spam agents installed on this box? Is this exchange server behind TMG/firewall ? Open the Exchange Management Shell and run the command : get-transportagents. Paste the output here. Thanks, P

P This server is a member server, I have two other servers that maintian the roles for the domain Yes anti-spam agents are installed on exchange matter of fact this error started after I installed anti-spam agent which was a month or so ago. Thanks for the updates. Is this the single exchange 2007 server in your setup? If yes, please uninstall the antispam agents, restart the Exchange services. Re-install the antispam agents. Reference: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/555924 Restart the MSExchange Transport services. Check if the issue persists.
