Jermaine,First question is have you installed Exchange in the same organization ? If yes please ensure that you have enabled public folder replication. This can be checked in the Exchange 2000 system manager: 1. Launch Exchange System Manager2. Select Administrative Groups3. Select the administrative group responsible for the Public Folder Hierarchy a. Select each administrative group and select the Folder iconb. If the administrative group is responsible for the hierarchy, you will see the hierarchy (list of public folders)c. The responsible administrative group is the Group/Site that was created first in the Exchange Organization 4. Search for the public folder in the Public Folder tree5. Right click the public folder and choose properties6. Select the Replication tab7. The physical location of the public folder is the first server listed8. All of other servers listed contain a replica(copy) of the public folderRegards,Johanblog: www.johanveldhuis.nl
