Exchange 2007 SP3 how restore one mail from transaction log
Hi It is necessary to restore e-mails per day for one mailbox, from the Transaction log. I can not find info on this. Or is it possible at all?cenubit

Hi, It should be possible - might not be that easy. You need to create a Recovery Storage Group, Restore the database where the mailbox is located to this RSg (the restore must be older than the e-mails you want to recover, restore the transaction logs that should contain the messages to the RSG and then replay all the logfiles. When you the mount the database in the RSg you should be able to use the restore-mailbox cmdlet to recover the data to the proper mailbox. Hi, Generally speaking, as long as you have full transaction logs or backup about this mailbox, you can restore all emails.
