Hi I raised this issue in 2007 Sp1 and it was fixed in Rollup 7 of Sp1 it appears to have resurfaced again in rolup 9 and Sp2. I note it was never listed as a fixed bug. Can anyone help is there a new setting that i need ot be aware of ? Original issue see "Exchange 2007 SP1 resolving display name on inbound emails to hidden mailboxes" Hi I am trying to stop messages being sent internally and externally from resolving the recipient display name on messages sent to a hidden mailbox. but cannot seem to get it to work the way it did in 2003.for exampleIf i send a email to "Server Error" <Support@domain.com> it is not resolved by the sender ut when it arrives in the recipients support mailbox it appears as "Support" <Support@domain.com> Previously hide from address book achieved this but i assume that this is being overridden somewhere in my environment. I notice that the alias also get replaced.Any suggestions appreciated or if it is not possible is there something that says I cannot do this anymore with a reason?
