I've tried: ResetSearchIndex "Mailbox Database" -Force ResetSearchIndex.ps1 -force -all Set-MailboxDatabase "Mailbox Database" -IndexEnabled $true The MSExchange Search Indexer says sucess. The Catalog stays at 129 KB. Please help me. Thank you.

Hi, First please try to use Test-ExchangeSearch to test the Exchange Search. If the it fail, then I recommend you to re-register the related DLL fix the issue. Detail steps you can refer to my post in the following thread. Cannot load Exchange Search Index service http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/exchangesvrgeneral/thread/b5c06df7-4f90-48f8-8aa3-fb137ea0b7e8/ Regards, Xiu

Hi Xiu, thank you for your hint about the msfte.msi. The Microsoft Full Text Indexing Engine for Exchange was not installed on the the server. I installed the \Setup\ServerRoles\Mailbox\msfte.msi from the original Exchange 2007 SP1 media. Why is the msfte.msi not on the Exchange 2007 SP3 setup files file included? Is the Microsoft Full Text Indexing Engine for Exchange from SP1 up to date? Thanks, Felix
