Hello, we have an issue, with OOF, probably linked to EWS crashing, some hints would be appreciated. the logs state that process activation services lost communication with w3wp after a specific error of 0X5 (access denied ?) i am thinking of deploying SP3 and i hope it will solve the problems, any ideas highly appreciated !!

OOF function is provided by EWS, so the EWS issue can cause OOF malfunction. Please provide the exact error information in the log files (IIS log?)
