Is there anyway to remove the Out Of Office notification when a default response is sent Hi, If you don't want to receive the autoreply message when you send a email to someone who has enabled the OOF, you may use transport rule. The AutoReply message is predefined with a subject like "Automatic reply:<original message subject>". Therefre, you may create a new transport role andremove the email message with this kind of email message. Fiona Liao TechNet Community Support
