Exchange 2007 Room Mailbox Shared Calendar Deploy
Good morning all, I have created a room mailbox and shared its calendar. How do I automatically add this calendar to existing and new mail clients? Is this possible? or do all users have to manually open a shared calendar? Thanks in advance! - Damien

We have to manually open the shared calendar.BTW,why do you want to share resource mailbox calendar??Regards,Xiu

In outlook you do have option when you click on calendar. open shared calendar ask users to put in the name of this shared calendar.Vinod |CCNA|MCSE 2003 +Messaging|MCTS|ITIL V3|
