Exchange 2007 Resource Delegate Alters Calendar Appointment
Hello All, We've recently started using Exchange 2007 to book resources. Its great! However, when a resource delegate is set it alters the behavior in an unpleasant way. When a delegate is defined, the appointment on the resource's calendar is altered in two ways: "FW:" is prefixed on the subject and the attendee list is made unavailable (all it says is "<ATTENDEE LIST UNAVAILABLE>"). It doesn't matter who is viewing the appointment, or what permissions they have. This wouldn't be a huge deal, but we are also trying to develop a widget for our intranet to display a calendar from Exchange. I can clean off the "FW:" easily enough, but one of the requirements is to display the attendee list for an appointment. This app is using WEBDAV to talk to Exchange (if that is important). None of this happens if their is no delegate defined. We just updated our Exchange server to the latest SP and roll-up last night (10/27/2010) in the hopes that it might be resolved. I've also searched extensively, but there doesn't seem to be a lot of help pertaining to my problem. So is there any way to alter the resource delegate behavior, or failing that, a work around for getting the attendee list in an app? Help is appreciated!
