Exchange 2007 ResourceDelegate removal issue
We are seeing an issue when trying to remove or edit the resource delegates on resource mailboxes in Exchange 2007 SP2 UR4. If we try to remove the resourcedelegates (set-mailboxcalendarsettings 'resource' -resourcedelegates:$Null) or edit a resourcedelegate (set-mailboxcalendarsettings 'resource' -resourcedelegates newuser), we see the following results. The delegate entry for the mailbox (tools/options/delegates) either has the changed user or no user depending on if you edit or remove. The calendar permissions now show the old delegate with the following permissions: "Free/Busy time, subject, location" So instead of the permissions being removed for that user they are set to the new permissions. has anyone seen anything like this? Does anyone know of a fix for this? Thanks for your help

Hi Adam, Have you try to grant the permission by using Add-ADPermission? Add-ADPermission: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb124403(EXCHG.80).aspx And here is more information, Resource scheduling in Exchange Server 2007: http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2007/05/14/438944.aspx I look forward to hearing from you.
