Exchange 2007 RTM on Server 2008...
I have Exchange 2007 on a Windows 2003 Server. Both products are fully updated (including SP1 on Exchange 2007). Now I want to migrate Exchange to a new 2008 Server. The problem is that I have the media for Exchange 2007 RTM (not SP1). Everywhere I have read says I need Exchange 2007 SP1 to install on Server 2008. What do I do in this situation? How can I get the proper media? TIA!

You can download E2K7 SP1 here (yes, it's slipstreamed): http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=44c66ad6-f185-4a1d-a9ab-473c1188954c&DisplayLang=en Just make sure you have a validlicense key. Also, don't forget to apply Update Rollup 1: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyID=c29a6aa8-ca44-43ea-a88f-7500c4bd3d31&DisplayLang=en

hmmm...Windows 2008 isn't listed under "Supported Operating Systems." You think this will work?

It will work. I have deployed SP1 on Windows 2008 as of 3 weeks ago. J.
