Hi Jinesh,Are you trying on CAS server? RPC over HTTP proxy component should be installed on CAS server. Follow below article for further detail. How to Enable Outlook Anywherehttp://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb123889.aspxAlso try by re-intallating RPC over HTTP proxy if it is already installed.Amit Tank | MVP - Exchange | MCITP:EMA MCSA:M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com

Hi Jinesh,~ Please explain your Exchange environment in detail.~ Post errors if you are getting any in Event log.Request you to provide these details when you post any question, which may help us to identify problem and to give better answer.Additional readinghttp://support.microsoft.com/kb/555375~ Post errors if you are getting while connecting/configuring outlook profile.~ Have you applied third-party trusted SSL certificate? This is required for Outlook AnywhereCheck troubleshooting steps available in below article...Configuring Outlook Anywhere for Exchange 2007 SP1http://www.exchange-genie.com/2008/02/configuring-outlook-anywhere-for-exchange-2007-sp1/This will help you to publish OA with ISA.Outlook Anywhere 2007 with ISA Server 2006http://www.msexchange.org/tutorials/Outlook-Anywhere-2007-ISA-Server-2006.html~ It is also suggested to run ExBPA regularly to find unknown loop-holes when you are deploying Exchange servers because ExBPA has standard set of rules to scan your environment for certain known problems and mis-configuration.Thanks,Amit Tank | MVP - Exchange | MCITP:EMA MCSA:M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com

Jinesh,~ You didn't require to install ExBPA, it is already available in Exchange Management Console-> Tools.~ Exchange minimum requires .net 2.0 and defiantly it breaks when you install .net 1.1~ Yes, to fix it uninstall .net 1.1 and follow "ASP.NET 2.0, 64-bit version" procedure explained in article.~ Restart IIS service withiisreset /noforce command.Amit Tank | MVP - Exchange | MCITP:EMA MCSA:M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com

Hi,Did you apply for the certificate on the IIS?Please understand that the certificate is necessary for enabling Outlook Anywhere. If you already install the certificate on the IIS, you should access rpc by using https://mydomainname/rpc not http://please try it again.Additionally, please run get-outlookanywhere |fl command in EMS, then post the information on the forum. Next, run get-exchangecertificate |flI am looking forward to your reply.ThanksAllen

Have you looked at the traffic logging that ISA server gives you when you filter down the results to your ISA rule. Is traffic from the web being accepted and forwarded?
