Try to run setup with /DomainController parameter to specify the additional DC W2K3 R2 SP2 as the domain controller http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb125224.aspx Deli

The error doesn't say much does it? Maybe you can find more info about the error in this log C:\ExchangeSetupLogs\ExchangeSetup.log Deli

Almost at the bottom of the log you can find this: Compiling assembly C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\bin\Microsoft.Exchange.Management.SnapIn.Esm.dll ...Error compiling C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\bin\Microsoft.Exchange.Management.SnapIn.Esm.dll: Strong name validation failed. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x8013141A) Maybe there is something wrong with your installation media? Or you can try to download the Exchange 2007 Rollup 4 and install before installing HUB transport http://support.microsoft.com/kb/940006 Deli

You try to verify the signature of the Assembly dll with sn.exe This is a tool from Visual Studio sn.exe -vf Microsoft.Exchange.Management.SnapIn.Esm.dll Otherwise I would try with another installation media. Deli
