Exchange 2007 Outlook Web Access authentication error 401
One of our user in exchange 2007 is unable to access mailbox through OWA and get 401 error. all other users are able to use OWA normally. plz. help me resolve this issue and reply at abid.ali@getzpharma.com

Abid, Can this user access emails using Outlook? Can you provide additional details about the error?

yes he can access emails using outlook and blackberry it asks user name and password and after it gives unauthorized access error no. 401 same problem faced by anoother user sometime ago and i fixed it by changing security settings of user in AD but i dint saved that page from where i got the resolution and also forgot the exact security settings i did

Hi abid.menmon, If just one user has the issue, it maybe caused by the corrupted mailbox, I would make some tests as below: 1. use isinteg to fix the mailbox database to make a test 2. move the mailbox to other database and make a test Could you please post the detail error information when you using owa access the mailbox, and then we could do more research about it.
