We have Exchange 2007 in our environment, just on Exch07 server for everything with no more than 100 users. OWA has been working for over a couple of years without issues and only about 20 users are allowed OWA access. All of a sudden last week,
access to OWA from external network has been non-responsive to very slow. We haven't made any changes to our network configuration, hardware, or software. Exchange version is 8.1.436.0; SP1 with Rollup-10.
I am thinking about installing another Exch07 CAS and setup OWA on that server to see if we can redirect OWA access to the new CAS and what kind of results we will get.

OWA access internally has no issues at all. Response is very quick as expected.
I don't believe the issue is with the firewall appliance hardware but never know. Users from the inside can access the Internet without issues. Our broadband connection is with Comcast.
