Hi all, I have problem on Exchange 2007 OWA. On the same test PC & same IE setting, IE showed blank page after teh problematic user logon OWA. But I logon OWA, IE show normal page. Do you have any idea? Thanks. Exchange 2007 SP2 Roy

Have you tried to disable owa on that user and enable it again the next day.

Hi, Please verify if this issue occur to a lot of users. If it only happen on one user, then please re-eable the OWA feature like Michael said. If not, then I'd like to clarify the issue with you. How many Exchange Servers in the network? Do you have serveral AD sites? Do you have ISA in front of the network? Have you publised OWA via ISA? Regards, Xiu

Hi Michael & Xiu, Only one user has this problem. IE show blank page after logon OWA on internal & external network. However, done Michael's suggestion. still not work.

I think related to the users mailbox. Disconnect and reconnect the mailbox and see... If necessary try a new mailbox altogether... Did it ever work? -J
