Make sure your DC is working Make sure you are able to logon to the Exchange Server Make sure you ping the dns server, internet and ping the exchange server form the network or the domain controller. Make sure all the exchange services are running.Where Technology Meets Talent

Also, make sure DNS is running properly. Do some ping(netbios) from client to server.
