No, actually you should NOT use Exchange 2007 management tools to create Exchange 2003 mailbox, however you can edit or remove and manage those after creation with 2007 management tools.Find some thumb-rules or guidance in below article from MS Exchange Team while managing Exchange recipients inco-existence.Exchange Server 2007 and 2000/2003 systems management co-existencehttp://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2006/10/09/429135.aspxAnd here is the guidance to manage Exchange 2003 server related settings in coexistenceManaging Exchange 2003 Settings in a Coexistence Environmenthttp://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa995972.aspxAmit Tank | MVP - Exchange | MCITP:EMA MCSA:M | http://ExchangeShare.WordPress.com
