Exchange 2007 Mail Box feature
Hello, I wanted to know if the following feature is available in this Scenario. I have a team of 4 in my sales team.....I wanted to know what set up or configuration will I need to apply so that they would all have access to a mail box called "sales" and that when some one in the team opens an email or replies to it...everyone else in the team member that an email has been taken care of.

and this will let all those people who have access to it automatically know that some one from the team has read the email?

The read/unread status will be seen by everyone who has access. How you manage that it going to be a proecural issue - nothing in Exchange to help you there. Exchange cannot "lock" everyone out of the email for example. Simon. Simon Butler, Exchange MVP Blog | Exchange Resources | In the UK? Hire Me.
