The journal mailbox is typically a temporary holding place, opening a 120GB can cause your store to run out of version memory and crash it depending on how your performance is on your server. What happens when you try it just spins? If you need this info to archive off somewhere than you may have to resort to using powershell or exmerge and split it out into multiple pst files with date ranges due to the size limit of pst.James Chong MCITP | EA | EMA; MCSE | M+, S+ Security+, Project+, ITIL msexchangetips.blogspot.com

Hi Mahesh, What is the size of the mailbox, please separate it into more small size mailbox, or you will have issue when you access the mailbox. James gave some good information. Regards!Gavin TechNet Community Support
