Exchange 2007 Is it possible?
Hi I would like to know if its possible for outlook 2007 to connect to a exchange server 2007 from outside the network without using outlook anywhere? I have a mail server setup with autodiscovery and mail from mac works fine but outlook 2007 does not connect from outside. So the question is this, is it possible for outlook to work if your server is only setup with autodiscovery and not outlook anywhere? :D

Hi, YES Ensure that the CAS uses the following URLs for the autodiscover process: https://autodiscover.domain.tld/autodiscover.xml https://autodiscover.domain.tld/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml Open outlook and create the account. Enter the e-mail address Outlook will automatically find the Autodiscover settings from the server with CAS. This will configure a new e-mail profile for the Outlook user.Regards from www.windowsadmin.info
