Hi, I don´t understand you. Do you want to check you exchange 2007 mailboxdatabases if there are inconsitent data in it? If this is the case please use the command isinteg. http://www.isinteg.net/isinteg-syntax.html regards Thomas Paetzold visit my blog on: http://sus42.wordpress.com

If you users complaining that results do not return what is expected then you will have to rebuild the indexes. Also see this -http://blogs.technet.com/b/exchange/archive/2009/09/17/3408316.aspxSukh

Hi Kenneth, Rebuild index might help to resolve your problem. If you need related information on it you can check Application log, I suppose you can find some information there. Thanks.Rowen TechNet Community Support

I can rebuild the index, but i want to perform check the mailboxdatabase (we have 10) regulary instead of when user complain. Any comment method to do that? Because each database have storage different department, And due to some audit check, I dont want to access another mailbox. Becasue if I mark Test-exchangesearch, will mark I access to that account. Thanks

Can I find out what performanc issue you are having? i.e. slowness in navigation or during search? If it is index then you can just stop the Exchange Indexer service and rename each Catalog folder and restart the service to see which one of the catelog is causing an issue. But be aware that when you recreate the catalog Exchange will index the SG until it is up to date so if this is done during business hours expect performanceis issues. I would do one a night to see if performance has improve.

Thanks In the Application Event log, I found Event ID 1025 Index : 2446227 EntryType : Warning EventID : 1025 Message : An error occurred on database "xxxxxxx" Function name or description of problem: Content Indexing received an unusual and unexpect error code from MSSearch However, some databases didnt have the event log, If I run the test-ExchangeSearch a mailbox on that database, also fail. Any idaeas?

Hi Kenneth, Event 1025 is not a harmful code. Please try running isinteg on databases for which you see the first event. Check again. Thanks.Rowen TechNet Community Support

Hi, please have a look at my first post. Use isinteg the first time in order to check for inconsistency and the second time for fixing it. in order to check use the following command isinteg -s <servername> -l <logfilename according to the database to check> -test alltests in order to fix it isinteg -s <servername> -fix -l <logfilename according to the database to check> -test alltests regards Thomas Paetzold visit my blog on: http://sus42.wordpress.com
