Exchange 2007 Free Busy working in Outlook but not displaying in OWA

On my desktop outlook 2013 client, free and busy works fine. When I logon to OWA, add a user, free/busy is showing blank when I highlight the individual and go to properties, I see their free busy schedule. When I try OWA from different desktops, free busy showing blank when I add a user. When I logon to OWA on the exchange server, free busy works. I verified DNS is resolving correctly, no issues with EWS, verified internal/external URLs, and verified exchange web services. I am thinking of rebooting the server but have to wait until a maintenance window.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Kenny

Hi Kenny,

This issue for only one mailbox or all mailbox users when they try to check Free/Busy for every other user.

Below is something you may try:

Problems accessing Free/Busy information and logging into OWA in Exchange 2007

Hi Kenny,

According to your description, I understand that the free/busy information can be retrieved from Outlook and Exchange server. But it doesn't work in OWA for client machine.

Please confirm whether the issue happens to all OWA client users or just specific user. Please change a computer or browser for testing. Also check whether the issue occurs when using Outlook Online mode.
