Exchange 2007 Features
When creating a new user with mailbox, all exchange 2007 features are enabled for him such as outlook web access, imap, active sync... etc. How to default new users features to disabled, i.e. when a new user is created all those features should be disabled and the admin will enable only the necessary ones?

If you use Exchange Management Shell, you can create a small script that first create user and mailbox and then disable features you dont want to be available. With a script you can also verify input and set other parameters on user and mailboxes. All this to satisfy your organizations rules andrequirerements.

Hey Alhamad, There isnt any way to make those disable by default for new users when you create with EMC but you can make those disabled if you are creating users with EMS. if you are comfortable thenrefer below thread for automating this task with powershell scripts. http://forums.microsoft.com/TechNet/ShowPost.aspx?PostID=4000381&SiteID=17 Much more easier to manage the things with powershell...
