Exchange 2007 Delivery Receipts
My client is using Exchange 2007 with Outlook 2007 and when he gets his delivery receipts they are like this:MicrosoftExchange329e71ec88ae4615bbc36ab6ce41109e@xxx.xxx Is there a way to change this so itreads postmaster@xxx.xxx instead? Previously the delivery receipts reflected postmaster from whatever domain. The long email addressshows when getting a receiptinternal or external.thanksRob

Hi, Please try to use ADSI.Edit tool, then expand Expand Configuration, expand CN=Configuration,DC=contoso,DC=com, expand CN=Services, expand CN=Microsoft Exchange, expand CN=<OrganizationName>, and then expand CN=Transport Settings. Regarding the ADSI Edit tool, please locate it in the installation file of Exchange, you can view the article as the reference.http://technet2.microsoft.com/windowsserver/en/library/ebca3324-5427-471a-bc19-9aa1decd3d401033.mspx?mfr=true In the details pane, right-click CN=MicrosoftExchange329e71ec88ae4615bbc36ab6ce41109e, and then click Properties. Check the displayName, then change it to the name as you want. Click OK. After that, please check this issue. Allen
