Hello. I'm experiencing an issue where one user's deleted items folder is deleting emails older than 30 days. This started to happen a few weeks ago. I checked her Outlook for auto archive, but it was turned off globally and for each folder. Nothing has changed on the Exchange 2007 server, and its the only mailbox affected. She has a few rules, but none of them point to that folder. The inbox/subfolders, and sent folder are not affected. We do have a deleted items recovery retention period of 15 days, but none of the emails can be retrieved despite them going missing the previous day. Any suggestions? The user does have an iphone and ipad connected to exchange, if that does help in finding a solution. Thanks Mike
