I have created an OU in which I have added some support member in which I have given them the following Account Membership.1. Account Operator2. Exchange Recipient Administrator3. Remote Desktop Group4. Thanks for your reply -- well we have Win2003 where Cluster is installed - as i mention in my request that - when i add him as Domain Admin it works - since currently he is member of Accoount Operator - our main objective is to perform his baisc support level administration task.Kindly input your commentsThanks
