Exchange 2007 Delegation for Support Team
I have created an OU in which I have added some support member in which I have given them the following Account Membership.1. Account Operator2. Exchange Recipient Administrator3. Remote Desktop Group4. Finally "Local Admin" on all Servers. But when the user tries to create an email in Exchange Management Console he is getting this error message the windows cluster service encountered an error during function open cluster Where if I add them in Domain Admin group its works fine..So would you kindly let me know what is the best approach where i can give an exclusive access where the support team can do the basic task only- such as creating new email etc..I have search on Google -- but I couldnt able to understand..http://blogs.technet.com/timmcmic/archive/2009/01/21/the-windows-cluster-service-encountered-and-error-during-function-opencluster.aspxhttp://blogs.technet.com/timmcmic/Default.aspx?p=2So guys i am really in bad situation - since i have to do all these basic task :-( We have Exchange 2007 with SP1 and Win2003 AD Thanks

Thanks for your reply -- well we have Win2003 where Cluster is installed - as i mention in my request that - when i add him as Domain Admin it works - since currently he is member of Accoount Operator - our main objective is to perform his baisc support level administration task.Kindly input your commentsThanks
