Exchange 2007 Delegation Question
Hi All, We had very weird situation, I need some suggestions. We have user A who is delegate for user B, user A receive all meeting requests and update user B's calendar. user B never receive copy of meeting requests. People starting send meeting requests to both user A and B, user A only receive one request and only update own calendar not user B's. How to solve this problem? Is there a switch let user A receive double meeting requests. Thanks.

Hi, How do you set up the delegation? What’s the version of your outlook? Set up the delegation in outlook2003, go to Tools->Options. In Delegates tab, make sure that the “Send meeting requests and response only to delegates, not to me” option is unchecked. In outlook 2007, go to Tools->Options, In Delegates tab, select the option “My delegates only, but send a copy of meeting requests and response to me(Recommended)” Allow someone else to manage your mail and calendar http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/help/HA100750811033.aspx#2
