Exchange 2007 Auto Accept Agent
Hi,We moved few resources from exchange 2003 to exchange 2007 and have configured auto accept agent of exchange 2007. The reource we moved was created by admi working in GMT +8:00 time zone. Whenever there is conflict in resource booking, AAA sends time informationin GMT +8:00 for the conflict meeting. We need to change this to different timezone, but nothing seems working to make AAA understand that timezone of resource has changed. The message AAA sends like: All times listed are in the following time zone: (GMT +8:00)Any ideas? Thanks

Hello;Enable the associated AD account, create an Outlook profile for the resource, and open Outlook. In Outlook, go to Tools...Options...Calendar Options, and check the time zone.Don't forget to disable the account afterwards.Karl
