Exchange 2007 32-bit
I have purchased the 64bit version of Exhange 2007 after not realizing the servers that I purchased are only 32bit supported. I now am in a budget cruch and cannot purchase a 64bit server. I see that there is a 32 bit version online that you can download to test then I can put in my own key to make it registered. Here aremy concerns. -Will this version function as the 64 bit -Will I be able to upgrade to SP1 -Is there an actaul version of 32bit? -If I start using the 32bit version... Will this lead me down the path of destruction in the near future. Thanks for your help.

Microsoft does not support the 32-bit version in a production environment, so you really do not want to go down this route. Also, as far as I know, you cannot license the 32-bit version. When did you buy the servers? Most servers have been 64-bit capable for quite some time. You will need 64-bit hardware for production use.
