Exchange 2007 - resource room - overlapping meetings
I am still sitting here trying to research and understand how these resource room boxes work. Right now we are stuck on over lapping meeting requests. It seems that if I make an over lapping meeting, the room will decline the overlappint meeting but requests will still be sent to all the recipients. Is there a way to make it so that if a meeting overlaps with another meeting that the second meeting is just remove, or cancelled, or can't even be created? Unless people send out cancellation notices and people actually cancel, it allows overlapping meetings to show up on peoples calendars and could create issues. I know peopel are going to have a fit if we used these and they are actually allowed to schedule conflicting meetings.

have read this.....over and over again. It doesn't explain if what we are experiencing is normal behavior or not nor do I see an explanation or way to just say "if it conflicts don't even make the meeting"
