Exchange 2007 - Resource calendar working hours incorrect
We have Exchange 2007 SP3 and several resource calendars. The working hours for some of the calendars are showing incorrectly for some users. I setup Outlook with a MAPI profile for "Calendar" and see that the working hours and timezone are correct in the Calendar Options. When I view the calendar, I also see the working hours (the white section of the calendar) correct. However, when one or more users adds the calendar to their Outlook, the working hours are incorrect. I verified that the users and the calendar are in the same timezone. There is at least one other calendar that doesn't show any working hours when viewing the calendar in Outlook. I verified that the Calendar Settings for timezone and working hours are correct. I've included a screenshot (see below) of Calendar and Resource, when viewed from Outlook (logged in as Calendar). In the screenshot, Calendar seems fine, and you can see that there are no working hours for Resource. How do I deal with this? Thanks.

Are all the users have this issue? I suggest you use Outlook online mode to check again for the issue. If still the same, please use OWA to confirm the calendar working hours in resource mailbox. I'll check with the users to be sure, but I assume they're all seeing the same, incorrect, working hours. I see something different, but I'm in different timezone, so maybe that's why. Outlook is online and cached mode is not enabled. I gave myself full mailbox access, but when I log into webmail, I can't add the calendars (see screenshot below).

Go to check the full mailbox access permission you sat on the resource mailbox. Make sure you have inputted the right room name. If you have full mailbox access permission on the resource mailbox, you will not have any issue to access it.
