Hi Tell us how you setup your certificates for exchange 2007, using own CA or bought trusted root certificate? This behavior is because autodiscover doesn't work correctly Go to the link below and run a test and post the results in this thread so we can help you <cite>https://www.testexchangeconnectivity.com/</cite> Jonas Andersson MCTS: Microsoft Exchange Server 2010, Configuration | MCITP: EMA | MCSE/MCSA Blog: http://www.testlabs.se/blog

Ok, if you're using a single name like... mail.domain.com you can use the commands below to set the correct properties Set-ClientAccessServer -Identity hostname -AutoDiscoverServiceInternalUri https://mail.domain.com/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml Set-WebServicesVirtualDirectory -Identity "EWS (Default Web Site)" -internalurl:https://mail.domain.com/EWS/Exchange.asmx Set-UMVirtualDirectory -Identity "UnifiedMessaging (Default Web Site)" -InternalUrl:https://mail.domain.com/UnifiedMessaging/Service.asmx Go to Exchange Management Console: Server Configuration => Client Access => OAB (Default Web Site) Properties: Internal URL: https://mail.domain.com/OAB Also, here's a nice link how to create the CSR in Exchange 2007 https://www.digicert.com/easy-csr/exchange2007.htm Jonas Andersson MCTS: Microsoft Exchange Server 2010, Configuration | MCITP: EMA | MCSE/MCSA Blog: http://www.testlabs.se/blog

Hi Sir Jonas, Thanks for the feedback, Is that command from above will resolve our issue for OOF in outlook 2007 or OWA 2007 to work? ... also I do isolate to : Here's the first scenario: I installed a fresh copy of outlook 2003 : OOF works fine 2nd scenario: I installed a fresh copy of outlook 2007: OOF not working and (no error display) 3rd scenario: I installed a fresh copy of outlook 2003: OOF works FINE then I do upgrade the outlook from 2003 to 2007 , and after the upgrade when I click the tools > out of office assistant i get the ff: error "Your outlook settings cannot be displayed, bec the server is currently blah blah blah" thanks! OWA 2007 was working from beginning? I hope :) These commands will solve the Outlook 2007 problem with OOF when using a "single name certificate" Jonas Andersson MCTS: Microsoft Exchange Server 2010, Configuration | MCITP: EMA | MCSE/MCSA Blog: http://www.testlabs.se/blog

Yes OWA 2007 was working , but when I turn on the OOF , it does not send automatic reply, also whenever I configured in outlook 2007 or OWA 2007 rules for autoreply it does not work. thanks! Will try the command soon.

What do you mean "is not working"? What do you see? Outlook 2007 looks for out-of-office data from Exchange Web Services. That's where you should begin your diagnosis, I think. -- Ed Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems." . Run this in EMS = Test-OutlookWebServices and see if you get any errors.

Hi, Is 'cltpsj.com.ph' your internal domain name? Do you have firewall enabled on your Exchange 2007 Client Access server? If yes, disabling the firewall to check if this is causing your issues. The test results indicatad that Outlook cannot resolve the host name cltpsj.com.ph, I recommend you first try to ping the cltpsj.com.ph and see the result. To better understand the new AutoDiscover feature in Exchange 2007, highly recommend you read the following article: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb332063(EXCHG.80).aspx#HowTheADSWorks
