Exchange 2007 - One calendar doesn't show up on an Outlook 2010 system, all others show ok
We have an exchange 2007 server. Some people use Outlook 2003, some 2007 and I just installed 2010 on WIN7. No problem connecting using outlook anywhere except that one person's shared calendar won't show. All other employees show fine. I compared member groups and all other settings that I could think of. If I use outlook web access I see the calenar. On my XPPro CPU with Outlook 2007 I see the calendar with the same Outlook anywhere settings. Any ideas? More info: Exchange Server 2007, all calendars work when on the local network. Only this one calendar doesn't show up when using outlook anywhere. This calendar does show on OWA.

Quote: “Exchange Server 2007, all calendars work when on the local network” So, problematic machine can also show shared calendar in local network without using outlook anywhere (HTTPS) Quote: “one person's shared calendar won't show” One person can’t show one specific shared calendar on the problematic machine with using outlook anywhere (HTTPS) What if you try to open the shared calendar again in the problematic machine? What’s the result? Is there any other machine that can show this specific shared calendar with the same outlook anywhere setting? If yes, what’s the difference between the working machine and the problematic machine? Quote: “If I use outlook web access I see the calenar” You can open the mailbox that contains the un-showable calendar via OWA Quote: “XPPro CPU with Outlook 2007 I see the calendar” So, issue only happens in win7 + outlook 2010. Have you also tried the combination of XPPro with outlook 2010?James Luo TechNet Subscriber Support (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/subscriptions/ms788697.aspx) If you have any feedback on our support, please contact tngfb@microsoft.com

I finally fix it - I'm not 100% sure what I did but I played with some of the mailbox settings - I removed myself as having full rights to his mailbox and re-did it and I think that's what fixed it.
