This could be due to the Outlook Nick Name Cache. Could you delete some of the entries relating to the recipients you cannot send to? Then attempt to send to these recipients by typing their full SMTP address, such as firstname.lastname@newdomain.com? You'll find instructions in the link below: Outlook 07 with Exchange 07 error sending Email http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/exchangesvrclients/thread/0edb1e5d-5326-4a23-bc79-b56a981891b2MCTS: Messaging | MCSE: S+M

Please check the e-mail address and try sending the message again, or provide the following diagnostic text to your system administrator. Why is there a trailing period in the address? Is Marxxx.maxxxx@realxxxxx.ae. an address assigned to a mail-enabled user ot mail-enabled contact? Do you find that address in an AD object's proxyaddresses or mail property? If the message is addressed using a contact in a mailbox's "Contacts" folder, correct the contact. If the message is addressed from Outlook's address completion cache, remove the address from the cache. If the address is entered "by hand", simply stop adding the trailing period to the address. --- Rich Matheisen MCSE+I, Exchange MVP --- Rich Matheisen MCSE+I, Exchange MVP

Check your SMTP send protocol logs. Is that a status that's returned from the target server? You shouldn't see an error like that from your server unless the sender is using SMTP to send the message and they're using an anonymous connection to do so. --- Rich Matheisen MCSE+I, Exchange MVP --- Rich Matheisen MCSE+I, Exchange MVP
