Please help me as how do I do it as I can't find the option of 'EnterProduct Key' when right click Server Configration. If i use the command in Exchange Management console 'set-ExchangeServer SERVERNAME -ProductKey aaaaa-aaaaa-aaaaa-aaaaa-aaaaa' it gives an error 'Can not bind parameter Product Key' How do I add product key in my server. You can't as there are no 32bit licences. Only the 64-bits version of exchange can be upgraded to the full product by entering the license key. Microsoft support did asure me that after 120 days the product will remain functional. They did however mention that SP1 will not work with the32 bit version. I did not test this, but this could pose a issue if you plan to keep a 32 bits environment.

Thanks for the reply, The reason I have downgraded my server from 64 bit to 32 bit isbecauseISA Server 2006does not support 64bit environment. I had spoken to Microsoft global support and they promise me that I candownload and install the RTM version of Exchange Server 2007 Std.and later on can add the Product Key to upgarde it to full version. I am jsut worried, its my live server and every time it prompts me that its going to expire in few days. I am expecting my license media in a week time, is there an easier way to upgarde it to full version. Regards, Nzm

?????????????? I have tested ISA 2006 with a 64bits version of Exchange RTM just fine. Isa 2006 does not run on 64 bits windows but it can interface with 64 bits Exchange 2007 on 64 bits windows just fine. Also 32 bits Exchange is not supported in a production setup. In fact, I'm told by a Microsoft engineer that SP1 for Exchange 2007 will not be released for the 32 bit version. What are you trying to do, that does not work with 64 bits Exchange?

Hi I had initially installed Windows 2003 R2 std. server 64 bit with Exchange Server 2007 Std. 64 bit. While installing ISA 2006 it says that it does not support 64bit environment and I had to downgarded to 32 bit plat form. What you are saying (corerct me if I am wrong) is that I should install Windows 2003 std. 32bit withexchange 2007std. 64 bit and isa 2006 std. I have the license and the media with me the only thing is its my ive setup with 50 users, what would me the best way to migrate them? Please help as I have very less time in my hand, I want ot finish it before teh exchange expires. Thanks for your help Regards,

No what I'm saying is that you don't install Isa server on a exchange server or any combined role for that matter. ISA hardens and tightly integrates with the TCP/IP stack and is meant to be deployed as a perimeter/edge security component. You can combine some applications with ISA but that will require additional configuration and will increase the attackservice of your machine. It is not advised and propably not supported by MS. Install Exchange and ISA on seperate boxes if you can. In any case, you need to when running Exchange 2007 due to the 64 bits restriction. Best way to migrate the users is to build a new exchange server in the existing organisation, move your exchange objects (mailboxes/connectors/pubstores etc) and decommission the other server.
