Create a mailbox using Exchange Management Console. Access the mailbox using Outlook and add the holidays to the calendar. On the Exchange server, use the Export-mailbox cmdlet to export the mailbox's calendar to a pst file. On the Exchange server, use the Import-mailbox cmdlet to import the pst file into the calendars of the other mailboxes. This can be done in bulk for multiple mailboxes, but first you will need to create a CSV file with the Aliases of all your mailboxes. Then we can use Import-mailbox with Import-Csv. The command will look like this:Import-CSV "c:\users.csv" | ForEach -Process {Import-Mailbox -Identity $_.Alias -PSTFolderPath C:\holidays.pst -IncludeFolders '\Calendar'} See the following links for more information:http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa998579(EXCHG.80).aspxhttp://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2006/11/28/431669.aspxhttp://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb629586(EXCHG.80).aspxhttp://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb310752(EXCHG.80).aspxhttp://mcpmag.com/Articles/2007/08/20/A-Step-Beyond-Exchange-Management-Shell-PrimerPost back if you need more help.
