Exchange 2007

Hello All,

I have Exchange 2007  --- One Hub & CAS and another mail box server. Plast 7 years it never given me any trouble. Past two weeks mails are not going to outside domain and it is in the queue. I am able to receive and even able to send/receive within the domain.

I checked SMTP send connector, space, re-installed Hub & Cas, Disable firewall, AV etc...

After doing all these also, it is in the same situation.

Can someone help me?

Tonio

If you drill into the queue what is the delay reason for the message?

Hello

What is the reason for delay in message. If the message is for a particular domain like yahoo.com etc... then check if you are able to nslookup yahoo.com and set the query to mx and check if mx record resolved from your hub & CAS server.

Open Command prompt and type below command

c:\nslookup

>yahoo.com

>set q=mx

>yahoo.com

Hi,

Please refer to Hinte's suggestion to find the delay reason in the queue viewer.

The reason will help us to analysis the issue.

Have you update any patch recently ? Did you have any operations and setting on your exchange server?

please confirm if the issue happens to to all outside domain or one specific domain.

In addicton, we can try to create a new sender connector to test.

Regards,

David

Yahoo.com was an example. Check for the domain to which emails not going.

Also we did not get the last error message from Queue, pls let us know what was that.

Are you sending emails through a smart host?  Can you check your firewall to make sure you are allowing smtp traffic?
