I can`t uninstall Mailbox role. My Exchange setup log reported the same error while uninstalling the Hub Transport Server. Go to the ExchangeInstallationFolder\bin\Monitoring\x86\ and run regsvr32 DiagnosticCmdletController.dll. It will report that the registeration succeded sucessfully. Go to Add Remove Programs and uninstall the hub transport role. Hope it helps... I lost 3 days trying to uninstall....!! Cheers!
