Exchange 2007, user mailbox full or exceeding limit
I have a user whose mailbox reports as full, exceeding a 2GB limit by 60MB but all works. I cannot find what cases that message to show up. At some point she was added to a role with mailbox size limit but then that limit was removed after she started getting the message yet the message just won't go away. get-mailbox gives me: DeletedItemFlags : RetainForCustomPeriod UseDatabaseRetentionDefaults : False RetainDeletedItemsUntilBackup : False DeliverToMailboxAndForward : False RetentionHoldEnabled : False EndDateForRetentionHold : StartDateForRetentionHold : ManagedFolderMailboxPolicy : ExchangeGuid : 6facd60e-a47e-4feb-b924-4a8cbbdb2e7f ExchangeSecurityDescriptor : System.Security.AccessControl.RawSecurit yDescriptor ExchangeUserAccountControl : None ExternalOofOptions : External ForwardingAddress : RetainDeletedItemsFor : 14.00:00:00 IsMailboxEnabled : True Languages : {en-GB} OfflineAddressBook : ProhibitSendQuota : unlimited ProhibitSendReceiveQuota : unlimited DowngradeHighPriorityMessagesEnabled : False ProtocolSettings : {HTTP11, OWA1} RecipientLimits : unlimited UserAccountControl : NormalAccount IsResource : False IsLinked : False IsShared : False LinkedMasterAccount : ResourceCapacity : ResourceCustom : {} ResourceType : SamAccountName : user SCLDeleteThreshold : SCLDeleteEnabled : SCLRejectThreshold : SCLRejectEnabled : SCLQuarantineThreshold : SCLQuarantineEnabled : SCLJunkThreshold : SCLJunkEnabled : AntispamBypassEnabled : False ServerLegacyDN : /o=DOMAIN/ou=Exchange Administrati ve Group (FYDIBOHF23SPDLT)/cn=Configurat ion/cn=Servers/cn=SERVER ServerName : server UseDatabaseQuotaDefaults : False IssueWarningQuota : unlimited RulesQuota : 64KB Office : UserPrincipalName : user@domain.local UMEnabled : False MaxSafeSenders : MaxBlockedSenders : Extensions : {} AcceptMessagesOnlyFrom : {} AcceptMessagesOnlyFromDLMembers : {} AddressListMembership : {\Default Global Address List, \All User s} Alias : user OrganizationalUnit : domain.local/MyBusiness/Users/SBSU sers CustomAttribute1 : CustomAttribute10 : CustomAttribute11 : CustomAttribute12 : CustomAttribute13 : CustomAttribute14 : CustomAttribute15 : CustomAttribute2 : CustomAttribute3 : CustomAttribute4 : CustomAttribute5 : CustomAttribute6 : CustomAttribute7 : CustomAttribute8 : CustomAttribute9 : DisplayName : User EmailAddresses : {....} GrantSendOnBehalfTo : {} HiddenFromAddressListsEnabled : False LegacyExchangeDN : /o=DOMAIN/ou=first administrative group/cn=Recipients/cn=user MaxSendSize : unlimited MaxReceiveSize : unlimited PoliciesIncluded : {{84A19558-7BDD-4B53-BD9B-D08A5069C7E4}, {26491CFC-9E50-4857-861B-0CB8DF22B5D7}} PoliciesExcluded : {} EmailAddressPolicyEnabled : True PrimarySmtpAddress : RecipientType : UserMailbox RecipientTypeDetails : UserMailbox RejectMessagesFrom : {} RejectMessagesFromDLMembers : {} RequireSenderAuthenticationEnabled : False SimpleDisplayName : UMDtmfMap : {} WindowsEmailAddress : IsValid : True OriginatingServer : SERVER.domain.local ExchangeVersion : 0.1 (8.0.535.0) Name : user DistinguishedName : CN=User,OU=SBSUsers,OU=Users,OU=My Business,DC=domain,DC=local Identity : domain.local/MyBusiness/Users/SBSU sers/User Guid : b880a59f-356a-4dcb-9f59-84de093492ef ObjectCategory : domain.local/Configuration/Schema/ Person ObjectClass : {top, person, organizationalPerson, user } WhenChanged : 06/05/2012 11:15:25 WhenCreated : 19/10/2004 11:34:49 I cannot spot anything that would be setting any limits on that mailbox.
