Exchange 2003 using Outlook 2003 - Signature removes after Updates apply
All clients have signatures setup with disclaimers. However, after applying Microsoft updates via WSUS, the settings for the signatures are removed and are not automatically showing on new mail and replies. Can anyone provide some direction on what to look into to get this corrected? This client must have the disclaimers show on every new mail and reply coming from within the network. Thanks !!!

You should not cross-post. The same message appears in Exchange / Clients Discussions Forum. Keep the thread at one place and delete it elsewhere.MCTS: Messaging | MCSE: S+M | Small Business Specialist

Hi,Whether all clients have this issue or just one user?If it's only one user had this issue, I suggest you delete the Outlook's profile and recreate it, then reconfigure the signature. After that, please check this issue.ThanksAllen

It is all users with a signature setup. When updates are applies (not sure if Windows updates or Office updates) the signature is removed. The users have to go to Signatures and reselect the signature for New and Reply Messages.

Instead of complaining about Cross Posting and telling the person to post to some bad url, how about linking to the post so that those of us experiencing this issue can actually fix it. I've searched and searched and can't find what you are referring to.You can lead a fool to wisdom but you can't make him think....

So how do you fix this? I can't believe the poster/moderator can give a generic link to a non relevant page and call it good. Obviously this is a bug and nothing pops in the knowledge base that I can find.
