I've been trying to update a Exchange 2003 box with SP2 but it continues to fail with the following errors: Microsoft Exchange System Management Tools- The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process- Facility: Win32- ID no: c0070020- Microsoft Exchange Setup Microsoft Exchange Messaging and Collaboration Services- The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process- Facility: Win32- ID no: c0070020- Microsoft Exchange Setup I've tried to no avail:- installing normally- installing in "safe mode"- installing normallyand turning of the Symantec antivirus program- reinstalling Exchange 2003 (returns the same errors as above) Can someone please help? No suggestions from anyone on this? To date tried completely uninstalling the virus scanner software, but still no luck. Would appreciate some suggestions. Cheers, Matt
