Hi Sunil, Is this happening for all users those are using OL 2007 and with specific mailbox. I hope you don't have issue when connecting with OWA. Hi Anil, Issue was resolved by after recreating the profile or by trying some other options by onsite team, but i want reason for this issue

Sunil, If problem is resolved by re-creating profile then i would say that MAPI profile was miss-configured which causs the issue. For more digging into it you can scan appliocaion event log of exchange server. Happy to see that it is resolved !!!Anil
