Our purpose was to migrate our current mail from one to two exchange servers. We started with Exchange 2003 Enterprise on Windows 2000 server. We built two new servers with Windows 2003 server R2 Enterprise and loaded Exchange 2003 Eterprise on both. We migrated two of the databases to one new exchange server ( I'll call it EXCH1) and the rest to the second exchange server (EXCH2). EXCH1 was also made the main server. We then discovered that OWA and OMA would not work for the people on the second email server (EXCH2). Seems we needed a front end server. Lacking resources I migrated the mail from EXCH2 to EXCH1 which resolved OWA and OMA issues. The problem that remains is with the public folders. It seems that no one can see updates made by another user. Even I, with owner permission and as a domain admin, cannot. Any help here is appreciated.
