There is no such thing as Exchange 2007 OEM. Furthermore you can't purchase Exchange 2007 any longer, so you would have to purchase Exchange 2010 and downgrade. Volume licencing is probably going to have to be your purchase model. However as already stated, your best option is to speak to Microsoft and get the response in writing. Although personally I would be hesitant to invest in Exchange 2003. If you are adding Enterprise edition of Exchange 2003 you need Enterprise Edition of Exchange 2010, which is very expensive. However standard of edition of Exchange 2010 will give you multiple databases and may well allow you to consolidate your servers therefore decreasing the cost of the Exchange in general. Simon.
